If we did PGT-A testing do we still do NIPT?

Question

I’m 9 weeks with a PGT-A tested embryo and wondering if we should also do NIPT. Does it test for additional disorders than PGT-A? I’m pretty sure that PGT-A does not test for single gene disorders. Anything else to consider?

I think I would still do NIPT.
 As the embryo might still undergo some mutations while further developing after the 5 days of embryo development in the lab ?
 Dont quote me on this. As it is my thought on it  being possible? .

I asked my fertility doctor, and she said I should just do the standard screenings (no test is 100%)
