Is my baby in there 🥺

So I won't know if my HCG levels are increasing or decreasing until after I go do lab work again for my OB tomorrow (Monday). I'm not gonna lie, I'm scared. I was having some light spotting and I ended up going to a hospital visit which they told me I was having a miscarriage and I needed to follow up with my OB . I went the next day and she told me that it was too early to tell. I tried to conceive on 12/21.. I missed my period on 1/05 and had a pregnancy blood test done by my primary on 01/07 confirming my pregnancy. I spotted periodically during this time. After going to the ER, they gave me a pap smear and a pelvic ultrasound.. when I went to my OB she also gave me a pelvic exam, it wasn't until after these visits that I started bleeding and cramping heavy .. it is like I'm on my period all over again so I'm really worried and nervous to go in on Monday.
