Anybody dealing with this right now? I turned off my heater just so I wouldn’t be breathing in hot dry air. I also took antihistamines a month ago and I think it sent my body into overdrive because with those along with decongestants, will make your sinuses dry up like crazy...I literally feel like crap. I am producing some yellow-green mucus when I cough and noticed I FINALLY got some green booger’s this morning (so sorryyyyy TMI) but is anybody else dealing with this? I bought a Neti pot that came with these packets I guess it makes an isotonic or hypertonic solution that you have to put up into your nostrils. I also have a relentless burning/stinging dry eye so I bought a Systaine eye gel lubricant thingy that also came with a Systaine eye drop that is supposedly a “lubricant” so far the gel is sort of easing the stining feeling. I also suffer from retinal detachment and yes I will be seeing an eye doc Friday. Anybody else dealing with this sinus dryness? Any tips? Did I buy the right stuff? Anybody have an underlying health disease that causes dried up sinuses?? I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m praying for more booger’s and tears to come down. It feels inflamed 😢 Oh AND I’ve been wheezing here and there with crackling noises so I’m using my albuterol inhaler for that which seems to give some relief..
