What nasal spray is safe in early pregnancy?

Does anyone know what nasal sprays I can use that aren’t zicam and is 100% safe in pregnancy?

Saline spray worked well for me

Be careful with things like flonase or nasocort can cause headaches and bp probs. I know each med could effect each women differently. Definitely talk to your doctor. A saline rinse type thing might be best option
