Y’all I feel like I’m dying

On the toilet on and off all day with severe intestinal and back cramps. Just now have had the start of diarrhea and a big piece of mucus plug came out. I can feel my cervix and it still feels like 1cm which I’ve been at for weeks. I’m 36w tomorrow but THIS PAIN. I can’t even describe it. My stomach is in knots. Anyone experience this before labor? Or am I experiencing a bad stomach virus?
