Two year old sick UPDATE

Thank you everyone for the well wishes and suggestions. He uses Zarbee's which was okayed by our doctor, cough stuff is generally not safe for kids until they're school age but this is a natural honey based syrup.

Anyways, I ended up taking him, and he has pneumonia. He's doing much better today with amoxicillin and Tylenol. Thank you again

My son has a fever of 99-100 and has chest congestion. We are bringing him to the doctor in the morning but his feet and hands are now cold and I'm really, really scared because I was an idiot and googled it and all the results were about meningitis. His doctor hasn't responded to me and I'm thinking about just taking him to the ER.
