Question!!! Please help

So down there has been slightly itchy and I’ve noticed some spotting, then as I thought it was going away I had like a period for one day and at the end of it there like some clots or gunk coming out and it stopped however right now I needed to pee and the itchy has started agin but I have this coming out

I thought I had a yeast infection but this isn’t the right discharge and I’m starting to get worried as it’s been several days with so many different changes going on and I’m meant to be flying out for a holiday on Friday and I want whatever is happening to me sorted by then

Please help
