Paypal

I have some PayPal questions so please only answer if you have a PayPal account or if you know how it works.

I have this coupon app called Ibotta. I have earned $67.30 by using coupons. I can't access that money though unless I have a PayPal account or I can cash it out as giftcards. There are several different giftcard options but I'd rather just have the cash. I have attached a picture for reference.

I don't have a PayPal account so here are my questions...

#1.) If I make an account then will it take a portion of my money everytime I use it?

#2.) How do I use the money once it's in my PayPal account? Can I transfer it to my bank account and have it put on my debit card? Or do I get a card from PayPal that

I use?

#3.) Would you recommend me using PayPal or to just try accessing the money by giftcards?
