Pubic bone pain

I have a doctor appointment tomorrow for just a regular visit but the last several days I’ve have some pain in my pubic bone -feels bruised. Anyone else have this around this time? I am 22 weeks.

I also have a small bruise on my stomach that I have no idea where it could have came from. They are unrelated as the bruise has been there about 4 days longer. I have a toddler but I was out of town a few days on a business trip when it appeared and I don’t remember doing anything to cause that.
