Migraines and period? Before or after period I get them... or randomly...

Question

Migraine for 4 and a half days now. 1. NATURAL REMEDIES FIRST- 0 help.
2. 800mg ibuprofen and then Excedrin.... 0 relief. 
3. Migraine medication (RX, dr)  Fiorocet - too late to take, did nothing.
4. Next 2 RX’s... little to no help.
My eyes are SO SORE! They feel so swollen and bruised. Temples, back of my head and neck. My face hurts to touch and I feel like a bobble head. Any light hurts too!!
Any other recommendations or secret remedies, anything to help, ANYTHING. Please let me know! Thank you so much!!!

I have terrible migraines and magnesium helps me. It doesnt always make them go away away but it helps a ton. Also drinking lots of water.

I’ve suffered from migraines since 6th grade, tried 3 diff types of prescription medications, even had the medication you squirt up your nose, tried a chiropractor too - nothing.
I shit you not, try this

It’s like alka seltzer, put two tablets in your water, wait for it to dissolve and drink. Your migraine will be gone in 15 min. If possible take it, then get in the hot shower! I know it says for hangovers but I’m 100% serious when I say this worked with every single migraine I’ve gotten. You can get it on amazon. Also rub peppermint oil on your temples, and back of neck!
