Head one way at night

My daughter will only sleep with her head turned to the right at night. We can lay her down the other way, she’ll flip it within a few minutes. We try turning in when she’s asleep, same thing. Tried putting her different directions in her bassinet, same thing. During the day she’ll only nap on us, and we do a good job assuring she’s not laying that direction. She’ll turn her heads both ways when awake and during tummy time, but does favor the right side. I’m just really scared she’s going to get a flat spot bc she’s sleeping on that side essentially from 8pm-7am. She’s 7wks today. Any suggestions? I’m going to talk to her doctor at her 2m appt.
