Two month old with cold sore?? She just woke up with it this morning still is eating fine and no temp... I have a doctor appointment Friday but I’m not sure if I should wait :(. Anyone else have experience with this kinda in panic mode

Any chance it’s just a rash? Are there any more bumps? From what I’ve heard the first exposure typically causes multiple bumps and sores on and inside the mouth. 
If you’re worried about it I would take her to the doctor. Because if she just has a two month well visit and you bring her with this they’ll have to reschedule the well visit. They can’t give her vaccines when she’s sick and for insurance purposes she has to be well for a well visit.

My little one had the exact same type mark on his lip... I was freaking out as well.  I sent a picture over to the doctor and she said it was nothing.  She didn’t even want me to bring him in.  In about 48 hours is was gone.

I just saw this and immediately thought of your baby! Could it be a blister from sucking on their lip?
