Will you still be giving baby formula after they turn 1?

Our oldest is almost 3, and when she turned 1 the doctor said to keep breastfeeding if I wanted to (I quit at 13 months cold turkey), but to stop formula and go whole milk. She said at that age with real food there was too many unnecessary calories in formula. Plus its expensive.

I voted no, but I'm going to talk to the doctor about it.  I personally don't drink cow's milk and don't understand how is it could be more beneficial to my daughter than toddler formula, but I will do whatever is best for her.

We’re not big fans of cow milk. We’ll probably stick with some breastmilk and almond milk.
