Any ideas would help

I have been feeling so off lately like almost worried anxiety like. I am not sure why though, I don’t have much going on in my life rn. I have taken baths, listened to music, gone to sleep to see if it help but I still have a weird feeling almost in my chest. I am also feeling so lazy. What could it be?

Just thought of this too. I’ll eat but lately no food has been actually sounding good to me, like just the thought makes me grossed out.
