Period + IUD
I got the Mirena IUD December 24, 2019. Started my period January 5, 2020. It was a LOT lighter than usual. No big deal. However, it’s now January 22 and I’m STILL bleeding with light cramping. A lot of it is the brown discharge - like old blood. I do get fresh blood sometimes but not as often. I did get an ultrasound and the IUD is in the right place. Anyone else experience this?
