Does Medicare cover D&C?

Just wondering if in Australia does medicare cover a D&C? I just found out I had a MMC and am wondering what the next steps are and if there will be any out of pocket cost for me.

Depends where you go, I previously had one too in Sydney. You have to jump around hoops. Told me I had to wait 2 more weeks even with 2 consultants letters. I didn't want to deal with the trauma so I went privately and just paid 300$ upfront and got reembursed a percentage. 
Sad part is i thought our health care system was better than this but after complaints and further investigation they do this to women up to 37 weeks even... Its not all roses in public hospitals when things go wrong.

Yes .  The hospital told me that straight up that is at no cost
