Depression&Sex ? Help

Hello, I’m 18, I’ve been depressed for a long time (over 4 years) and I recently started taking antidepressants. Before taking it I was like crazy for sex with my bf but now it’s like.. gone (I deeply love him, I didn’t lose feels) so what I wanted to ask is: Can antidepressants affects my sex life ? I really need answers to know if something is wrong with me,
