Postpartum hair loss??? Tips

Clumps of hair coming out in the shower. Idk how I’m not bald yet! What did you guys do to help your hair loss??? And when does it end 😭😭

Nothing will help it.  Biotin can help it grow back in faster though.  It started at 3 months for me, slowed way down by 4 months, almost 5 months now and it’s just about back to normal

Mine started at 3 months and was awful.  I swear I lost half my hair.  My hairdresser couldn’t believe how much was coming out.  I continued to take my prenatal but added in biotin around 4 months post partum and it slowed down by 5 months.   Now I have all these little baby hairs growing back in.
