Spotting after peeing after period.

Hey ladies, my period ended three to four days ago and I am still spotting after peeing. My period was extremely late like 11 days. I think this was because of the pregnacare preconception tablet I started to take about two weeks prior to my period date. I stopped taking the tablets but this is now happening. I have PCOS and my period was regular for more than two years until now. I am really scared, can anyone relate or tell me what could be causing the spotting after I pee?
