Period is going nuts!!!🤯🤯

Y’all i have been bleeding on and off for almost 12 days. This is the first time this has ever happened. I started having bad cramps like last weekend i think and then i started spotted i thought it was my cycle so i brushed it off.. Then i noticed that it was leaving like i wouldn’t see any spotting for like a few hrs to a day.. then it would come back.

It’s now 11 or 12 days and the spotting is back it’s not enough to fill a tampon but enough for a pantyliner. What is going on? The blood is all reddish- dark red
