Just curious happened before O Day

So I had sex on my ovulation date as I did both my pregnancies and got pregnant both times! With my first I didn’t know I was ovulating until my first doctor appointment! Back 2014 My second one after we got done doing the deed I just knew I was pregnant had this strange feeling! 2016 I did an ovulation test at 3 weeks and it still had a line! So 6 days later I test at 3 weeks 6 days! It was positive! Now I had sex January 20th 2020 which both apps stated I would ovulate. And I got this strange feeling and said o crap you got me pregnant! I just know! And 2 days after I know you can’t experience symptoms until 6-12 days past ovulation. This time I had cramps in my back like I was about to start my period. I don’t start until February 4th it’s like I just know! 🧡💜 Day 2 and still cramping in my lower back and a bit of sharp pain on my left side! Which happens on ovulation! Am I still ovulating!?
