Can I mix formula with bottle water?

Can I just use bottle water to make formula for my baby or do I need to boil it?

We use the bottled distilled water in the gallon jugs they sell at Walmart

My pediatrician told us to preboil then let it cool or use distilled until 2 months. Then get a filter for the tap. We just installed a brita at 9 weeks.

Yeah I always used water bottles. No point to me to use special water. And shouldn’t use boiling hot water. It would have to cool down anyways.
