Advice?

I had pain in my left side under my left breast which then went into and has stayed in my lower back and going round to my stomach. I’m 12 weeks pregnant, Ive been to a&e and they don’t seem to think it’s anything. But I have never felt pain this bad before. It’s a sharp pain that comes and goes in my lower back but my stomach it’s like bad cramps. No bleeding but just in so much pain and don’t know what to do anymore 😩
