Adenomyosis?!

Is anyone ttc while suffering from adenomyosis? I have a 4mm cyst in my uterus. This is the second one over a year apart. I'm guessing this will be what I find out Monday at my appointment. Both times cysts have been found in my uterus, I've also had odd spotting. I had a miscarriage last summer and a chemical the following cycle. I'm really expecting to find out I have adenomyosis and that our ttc journey is coming to an end. If having a hysterectomy and ovectomy eliminates the pain I've been in, it may be what I need to do for my own comfort.
