Which one is better and why?

So my husband and I have been talking about which one to get. And they both have they’re good and bad. And correct me if I’m wrong.

But I feel like a mobile home is a lot better than a regular house (depending on what area and state you live in) because if you look at both most of them they’re pretty much the same size (at least where we live at) but you’re paying way more money at a house that will never be yours because you’re still paying the bank. My friends mom just finished paying her whole house after sooooo many years and she’s already 56 like damm. We pay so much to the government. And we were talking about if your lucky you get can buy a nice mobile home for around 50 grands. Still able to save money and travel. Idk 😐🤔
