Last year we moved in a new house in my home from West Virginia to back Ohio. Every thing was great til one day I start noticing a weird creepy vibe from one my neighbor cross the back alley it’s was like a weird stalking prey vibe. So I stay clear for awhile from back alley. Til one day my step sons was outside playing basket ball and I went outside at 8:05pm letting them know that they had to come in. That night my neighbor assaulted would let me go and almost fully rape me but lucky enough a person was walking by alley that startled him and that when I escaped and ran house called my house and told him send my kids to bed and waited for cops. The cops came to my house talk to me and my oldest step son only made a report. The same day he messaged me I reported next day to where cops didn’t do anything. He also stalked me like I was prey only came out side when I outside watching me. Neither the deactivated did anything til recently I starting noticing he stopped messaging me and not been watching me outside I feel safe but scare at the same time with mix emotions I don’t know to call and find out he in jail or not bc I’m scare to get yell at by cops like I did when I reported he was still stalking and messages me. Any advice?
