I went to pee and this came out it was only this no blood or anything else just that. Should I be worried ???

It looks like a drop of blood in the picture. It can be due to changes to your cervix, not completely sure though. As long as you Don 't experience bad cramping and/or larger amounts of blood, you'll be fine :)
