Is it true taking prenatal pills will help increase changes of get pregnant?!? If so and if tried can y’all please drop the ones y’all used down below ☺️

They don’t help you get pregnant, they just put your body in a better position to be nutritionally sound for when you DO get pregnant. Doctors recommend you start them before TTC just to make sure all your vitamin levels are optimal. But in all honesty I didn’t take them at all with my daughter 15 years ago because I was so sick, and she’s perfectly healthy

They do NOT improve your chances of getting pregnsnt. They help your nosy be prepared with the nutrients it needs to support a pregnancy. You should start taking them 3 months befofr TTC and continue them the whole pregnancy until you stop nursing.
