Wondering what this is

Yay for TMI. Now I've got a really annoying complex Obstetric and gynaecological history. I've had so many variations its ridiculous. 6 pregnancies, 1 ectopic, 1 early miscarriage, 1 late miscarriage, (boy), 1 microprem who passed at birth(boy), 2 prem liveborns (1 boy 1 girl). Also PCOS. Infertility between the liveborns. Etc. Any to cut it short I haven't had this in a while and can't remember if it was a pattern. So firstly I'm CD12 today. Yesterday evening I had some light pink translucent discharge. At 2 am hubby and I did the naughty. This morning and most of the day I have had blood streaked discharge that resembles EWCM. Now my average ovulation back through 2016-2017, was CD15-CD20 varying from one cycle to the next (thanks PCOS) never two in a row the same. This was based on bbt. Simultaneously though, it's my understanding that semen, starts of thick and then is supposed to go more watery within 30 mins or so (if there's nothing wrong). So while I want to blame this EWCM on his spunk, I'm probably right in thinking I'm heading into fertile phase now right? I used to have a lot of irregular light pink spotting through my cycles after having my second living child like every cycle, and cramping, and had actualy just seen my dr for blood panel the week before I found out I was pregnant again, I miscarried at 13w3d and had to have an emergency currette due to heamorrhage and have had pretty light cycles since, still irregular and painful, but this is the first incidence of spotting since losing him 6months ago.
