11 dpo.... do dreams really come true?

After 1 year of trying, 1 round of Metformin & progesterone. Very sore nipples the past few days (not whole breast, which is weird for me), diarrhea & mild cramping also. Is it too good to be true, I’m shaking!! 11 dpo & couldn’t wait any longer!
