Chemical pregnancy - advice please

I got my first faint positive at 9 dpo It was darker Sunday. Monday I thought it should’ve been darker at least a little and it wasn’t. Called my doctor I took them 26 hours to get back to me. Finally got my levels tested yesterday. Been suspecting low progesterone as I had a very early chemical last month as well. Hcg 13 and progesterone 1.76. Progesterone extremely low! Clearly it can’t be saved with progesterone pills and I’m sure I’ll early miscarry. I’m hoping they’re gonna put me on progesterone right away so next month I have chances. It seems like I don’t have any trouble conceiving but my progesterone seems low since I gave birth last year. Any positive advice?
