FTM HELP PLEASE

Hey ladies I am 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I have had sore breasts, bloating and cramping BUT I have been super sick for the last few days with a BAD COLD. I cant stop sneezing and coughing all day long and when I sneeze it's been hurting my lower abdomen ALOT.

The symptoms I was experiencing are no longer happening to me and I am FREAKING myself our thinking I lost the baby. I haven't bleed or anything like that so I'm confused as to what is going on. I am a first time mom and I could really use some advice on what's happening with me.
