I'm 3 days late and I have a dark brown blood if I wipe but it's not alot. Is it possible that's its implantation bleeding?

Implantation occurs in 15% of women between 6-12dpo.  It sounds like your period is on its way

If your 3 days late, it wouldnt be implantation. Either your period is about to start or it's old blood making it's way out. Only way to know is to take a test
