My son can stand independently for about 5 seconds only. We’ve only tried once to see where he’s at since he stands a lot now. He’ll pull himself up and stand at his table, in his crib, by the couch, etc. Not making a habit of it though I don’t want him to think that he can at the moment because he can’t lol.

He can, but he REALLY REALLY likes to bounce. Like that’s all he does if he’s standing up or his feet are touching the ground at all. Violent bouncing.

She holds on, but 3 times today she's let go of whatever she was holding onto and stood for a second before falling on her bum and giggling. So I think she's testing whether she's strong enough to stand independently.

She has since about 3 months. It’s the only milestone she’s been ahead on lol. All the others she’s on track or behind.
