TTC for 9 cycles

Ok ladies. I’m on CD 7 my period just ended yesterday. My cycles are 31-32 days and I confirm opk with LH strips. Has anyone added anything to their regimen that contributed to their BFP- mucinex, fertilaid, preseed? I am just looking for insight as I know all of us are different.
