Does my fluid look low?

This was take at 18w3d. Do my amniotic levels look too low? I’m asking because when I go to the restroom my pabird are always wet. Like I’ve trickled a little urine before I got there. Idk if it’s fluid or urine. Anyone else have this? No one has mentioned anything but I’m just curious...

My panties have been soaked lately, and I just brought it up with my doctor yesterday, they checked my urine and he said its just discharge. He said panty liners will help, but that’s it’s completely normal at this stage. I’m 19weeks.
And when I say soaked, they are genuinely wet wet not just like a little bit of discharge 😬

I would get  checked just in case

Increase discharge can be very normal due to changing of hormones etc. As a matter off fact from what I've researched and asked about 2nd trimester further in the more there can be.
