5 year old copying me being sick

Anybody else had an issue with this!? My daughter is 5. I’ve had an extremely rough pregnancy this time. I’ve been throwing up the entire time. Feeling like I might pass out constantly. Constantly constipated with horrible cramps. I try to hide these things from her but most days I can’t help but be sick in front of her and I’m sad to say I do complain and express what I’m feeling a lot.

So a few weeks ago she has started copying this. She’s even gone as far to bring trash cans to where she is laying and “spit” into them like she’s throwing up.

(she is not sick. She has been checked over plus I know my daughter)

I have had to go get her from school 3 times because she’s been crying wolf. Get her home and she is just fine til she wants to play sick again. The school has stopped calling and just started texting instead.

Any one else’s child do this? How can I stop her from doing this
