Evap or VFL?

I took this earlier and didn’t see a second line but it wasn’t dry yet so I was gonna leave it a few minutes then check again, but I got distracted and forgot about it.

I went to the toilet just now and saw it and there’s something there. It looks like it has colour, but I feel like it would’ve appeared after the time frame. First time using these tests so I’m not sure what to make of it!
