Abandoned while pregnant

Father just up and decides to leave me. He wants no parts with either me or the child. He doesn’t even check on me. Should I block him and move on or leave a way for him to contact me? I’m trying to heal and be stress free. I’m still in the first trimester so I have a long way to go. This is my first child and his second child.
