Friend is pissed I'm pregnant

So I'll make this as short as I can.

I am pregnant with my 3rd babe. Due August 2020. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old. Closing on our dream home next month. So we've had lots of exciting news lately.

Here's where I'm upset.

I just announced my pregnancy 3 days ago. Waited until my ultrasounds looked good, baby's heartbeat was strong. All is well.

Now my best friend ask me to be her MOH December of 2018. I of course said yes. She decided she wasn't planning her wedding due to her fiance wanting some debt paid off. So I've kinda been on stand by waiting for her to plan so I can help 😊.

So she texted me the day I announced my pregnancy and said "congrats but I thought you were waiting" personally I found this rude. But brushed it off and said thanks and we decided we weren't going to. She goes on to say I should have told her fight away so she could plan her wedding. She out right told me she was upset and pissed off because I'm due in August and she was going to start planning her wedding for that time. I told her she is still welcome to and I had no idea my pregnancy would be affecting me standing for her or not. She ended up staying she was upset and didn't know she was going to do this. And I told her if she wanted I'd sit.

Am I being completely ridiculous for being upset by this? I mean she's angry because my pregnancy doesn't line up with her wedding. But she told me in December 2019 she wasn't planning it still due to debt. I can't plan my family around her wedding date. Am I seriously the worst MOH?
