I don’t wanna have to buy any products like saline solution. What are some other things I can use ?

I recently got my upper helix pierced on both sides, more in the middle of the ear than top. They keep flaring up and getting infected...I’m not too sure what I can do to make them heal quicker.

I do a salt water wash every morning and evening but it hasn’t been working very well....
