SPD ?

Can anyone with SPD describe what it feels like? Right now I feel like I got punched in the vagina and like my body is splitting in half at my public region.

Like your pubic bones are being ripped in two basically. Only thing that’s ever helped was giving birth & getting that baby out

My pain was in my mid lower back and hips. It felt like my pelvic bones were rubbing together and I had an audible click when I moved a certain way, navigated steps, or turned over in bed. I never had pain in my vagina though. To help I went to PT that specified in SPD and they gave me a belt that secured low on my hips which helped a lot, especially for my long 12 hour work days.
