Vitex help!!
Anyone used Vitex and it helped regulate your periods?? I’ve been having 40+ day cycles since my miscarriage and need to do something about it!
When do you take vitex? What cycle day?
I’ve also heard you stop when you get your period?? And then continue after?
Is it one capsule a day?
Please help!
