Help me please !

Last weekend I noticed my boobs where feelings different and now the feel firm and heavy my nipples are alert and hard as usual also my boobs look veiny and really hurts to touch.

On the 20th I experience some light light blood when I wiped but I didn’t think nothing of it bc my period started the next day but 21 ,22,23 I had very light bleeding too and I would only light bleed for a couple of hours usually from 8 am to around 4pm.

I decided I was gonna take a pregnancy test early yesterday but it was negative.

I also have been have some indigestion lately to.

My last period was a heavy period so could that just mean this period is a super light period and if it is why is it making my boobs feel and look the way the do?
