Moms with two or more children in diapers, do you have diapers for each child or do you let them wear any of them?

I’m pregnant with #2 and new to cloth diapering. My family thinks it’s gross to let the babies wear the same diaper even after they’re washed. I’m new I don’t know what’s right or wrong with cloth diapers. Help me 😂

Why would that be gross? How silly of them. One of the major upsides to cloth diapering is being able to use them for more than one child, and there is no difference in passing them down later and using them at the same time. Keep doing your thing!

All my kids shared. I thought it was gross before I cloth diapered. The thing is, it’s like shared clothes. If your baby had a blowout in their onesie or vomited all over their pj’s, does that mean you’d never let your next baby wear those hand-me-downs? Who even keeps track of what disaster happened in what outfit?

We only have separate diapers because they’re on two different rises. Before they shared diapers. I don’t have time to figure out who gets what diaper each time. They’re completely clean, no worries.

I have twins and they share the stash. I’m busy enough with twins as it is. They share everything! Lol

I really don't get how that could possibly be gross? 🤔🤔 My daughter is 8 mo and I'm currently pregnant with my 2nd, obviously they won't wear the same size or need the same level of absorption, so I'll probably keep two separate stashes, but I'll wash them together and everything. If I had twins they would wear whatever is available, who the hell has time to keep track of what belongs to who!

Nothing gross about it as long as you have a good wash routine! Have they heard of nappy libraries, or ever had hand-me-down clothes?

My daughter will use the diapers my son has already outgrown until they're the same size.
