Everyone says god is good, have faith in god, jumpin Jesus jamboree, and it’ll happen. What if none of that? What if you just pray to science or the stars? 
Hmm, is this why I keep getting — month after month, year after year?!!

You can be whatever you want to be. I’m Christian but I believe in science more and I don’t hold the same views as many Christians. I believe in Jesus but I don’t believe in God necessarily because he cannot be proven with science. However, I’m not a blind follower of Jesus either. I make my own rules and I have my own views and I piss people off, which is ok, because people are going to be upset at many things. 
You do what makes you happy not what makes others happy. You aren’t living for other people. Live for yourself.

Just like we can not see “Faith” and we can not see “hope”. It’s just something we believe and I’m sure if you continue to believe and have faith/hope you will see the reciprocity of God ♥️

Always best to seek the relationship and not the hands.   We don't love our parents bc what they can do for us. Nor do we blame them if life doesn't go our way and they couldn't protect us.  Same with our loving father.  It's all about love and relationship.

If there is no god, then how do you explain the origins of the u inverse and the fine-tuning of it? Science creates chaos and the second law of thermodynamics states that chaos prevails. Yet scientists claim science disobeyed that law once and created order out of chaos. Weird. Much of what scientists say is true, but a lot of the universal origin theories require as much faith as anything else. Also, there’s the case of Jesus’ resurrection. History is absolutely clear on the fact that Jesus lives, died, and disappeared and no one can explain how, with the only possible explanation being a miraculous resurrection. You can believe what you want, and I don’t necessarily think you were doing this, but don’t belittle those who believe in God. Believing in only science is actually more illogical.

I don’t believe in the Christian God or any deities. Just nature and the universe. Truth be told I see myself as someone who is still seeking, still developing and depending my own beliefs and understanding - but I’m okay being still on the “journey”. Life gets better the more I know myself, the more I understand my world and my own beliefs, and the more I am mindful to live my truth. 
I think what is important is finding an understanding you can know for yourself and having a positive relationship with whatever “power that be” you find. And if it’s just nature and science well, those are still forces that govern us and our existence. Still something that has beauty, is poetic, and calls attention to an intimate connection we have to all that is around us as part of this wonder of existence. That is the “higher power” we have and our relationship to it can be just as fulfilling and beautiful as a relationship with God.
