7 DPO, month 5 of trying, send baby dust my way! How long did it take for you to conceive your 1st?

Had the first one as a whoopsie.... by whoopsie we weren't planning on having a baby, even though we never used protection. I was told early on, when I was 20, I would have a hard time conceiving. Even though I had my period, I did not ovulate. (Found this out when I had uterine polyps and the doctor said "wow you have a lot of eggs".) Even ended up donating some, being that pregnacy was not the case for me. Anyways I ended up in the ER again, this time when I was 26 for a UTI and again non cancerous calcified polyps. They ended up scrapping me and gave me antibiotics. As soon as I was done with the antibiotics, a few days later I had a feeling I was pregnant. It was female intuition, I guess you can say. A couple of weeks later I tested and was positive. Gave birth at 27 and after birth I had the mirena for almost 4 years and took it out December 12 2019. 
I Didnt get my period until January 6 2020. This time we did it "right", meaning I bought strips and downloaded apps to calculate ovulation, had plenty of bd, almost every other day and every day during my ovulation window. Currently I'm 8 dpo and been feeling "meh". I'm crazy and started testing for pregnancy since 1 dpo lol. I'm negative, but still it's too early. 
I do know I tested 7 days before my missed period the first time and it was a very bfp. I'm 6 days before my missed period this time around and negative, negative, negative. So yea that's my story. My birthday was on the 27th and wished I could see at least a faint line, but didnt. I get easily discouraged and Im definitely not a patient person.  Anyways baby dust to me and everyone! Hope we all get a bfp!

I had a missed miscarriage in aug/sep 2019 and had a d&c at 11 weeks. Been trying since October now for our rainbow baby.
