Trying to feel good about myself again

Hey guys, so lately I’ve been feeling really down about myself- more specifically how I look. I’m not overweight, but I just know that I’m not as in shape as I was a year ago. I’ve lost a lot of muscle and it’s been replaced with fat. I’m a freshman in college taking 19 hours, and I’ve just been so focused on school I’ve had no motivation to eat healthy or work out. I’ve been feeling just sad and depressed a lot and it’s left me with no motivation to work out or anything. I’m not sure what to do because Im so u happy with myself, but it’s so hard to get back into it. I think I’m just looking for some motivation to get back into fitness and health, and also some tips on self love in general.

Edit: I also just started birth control a couple weeks ago, so that might be the reason I feel so down on myself.
