acne help??

Question

ive been getting these bumps on my neck for a while now and they keep spreading. how do i get rid of them?? i have a bit of back acne but none on my face. its only on these two places.. no where else. help please!!

Go to doctor or well my doc prescribed me a cream it was basically the spot treatment had benzol peroxide it worked

I use a charcoal daily cleanser and at night, I keep my hair up and I also have a charcoal and mint body wash that I like to use. Helps with the daily build up since I get hives from sweating and I get flare ups especially during my monthly cycle. Using the charcoal wash reduces the redness, and keeps the acne at an all time low (:

These look completely normal. I use Eve Lom cleanser which really helps. It's expensive but worth it for me. Don't strip your skin of its natural oils or you'll find your acne will get worse. I mostly get acne on my chin and under my jawline - this acne is usually hormonal. Good luck.

It could be caused by ur hair. If u put oils in it or if it gets greasy fast. Irritation from ur hair rubbing up on ur skin. I used to get acne right inside my hairline and occasionally on my neck til I figured out what worked for my hair then it stopped. If not caused by ur hair then just wash it like u would with ur face every night. Try to use a cleanser that helps fight acne. I use African black soap, toner, n a bit of tea tree oil

I get these too :( I find mine are linked to my period / hormonal changes. I wish I knew how to get rid of them ;( x

Neck acne can happen if you don’t completely wash off all of your face cleanser.

okay! i washed my neck and face, put a face mask on my neck and mousturized and theyre going down! this is the first time ive put a mask on it so im guessing thats what made the difference. thanks cor hour input!! i really appreciate it :)
