Idk...is this normal, I’m only 17

Idk i normally have pretty heavy periods, but lately it feels like it’s out of control. Like on my 2nd and 3rd day i can go through a super plus tampon in like an hour, then i have to change it already. I’ve been having really big blood clots, is it’s a sign of endometriosis??
